From Norway to Chicago
These are the boller I grew up with—passed down for generations.
My grandma in Norway, mor, ran several bakeries in Telemark, where I grew up. In Sweden, my mormor was the heart of her village—known for her boller.
My mom carried the traditions forward. My sister and I learned in the kitchen, and through the recipes they left behind.
Now, I bake them here.
